For open sessions, we will move your booking, subject to availability, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. For parties, we will move your booking, subject to availability, with a minimum of 4 weeks notice.
Participants need to be a minimum of 5 years old; there is no maximum age! Children under 6 MUST be accompanied on the inflatables by a paying adult at all times. Children under 11 MUST be accompanied by an adult on our premises at all times.
No, Ninjair® parks are physically demanding, and include jumping and other strenuous activity involving height, speed and unpredictable surfaces. You should not take part in this activity if you are suffering from a health condition that could be made worse, including joint and muscle weaknesses or circulatory conditions. We would advise you seek medical advice if you are unsure.
To avoid injury, we advise all ‘Ninjair’s’ to wear loose fitting long-sleeved tops and bottoms (no skirts or shorts) avoiding clothing with protruding embellishments and cords. Socks must be worn at all times; trampoline socks are best. We recommend the removal of all jewellery; necklaces MUST be removed.
Yes, we would advise you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time to register. Please download and complete our consent form to save time when registering.
Open sessions are 50 minutes including a short safety briefing at the start.
Yes, if they only include images of participants in your booking group or where you have parental permission from all those included in the photo.
With the exception of water, only items purchased from our on-site café can be consumed in the Ninjair® park. Items can be pre-ordered as part of the booking process. Please note food and drink, including chewing gum, cannot be consumed on the inflatables.
